We do not book hotel rooms for players and families, only for coaches.

Regional tournaments: We have make room blocks at hotels for regional tournaments, but there are a limited amount and they are first come first serve. 

National qualifier tournaments:  rooms MUST be booked through the AES website. Instructions will be provided. National qualifier tournaments are "stay to play", meaning that each team must have a certain number of booked rooms through AES assigned to it in order for team to be eligible for acceptance into the tournament. Therefore, you MUST book your rooms through AES. We do our best to get hotels that are in close proximity to the play venues; however, this is a very competitive process. Often, it is more enjoyable for your team to be in the same place, than to be separated in individual rooms all over the city; so we opt for hotels that can accommodate an entire team when making blocks.
