Strength and Conditioning

We have a fully equipped weight room in our facility with brand new equipment, ready to improve our athletes' strength and endurance to take their play to the next level!

We are currently offering strength and conditioning training in small groups of 3-4 atheltes of similiar age/strength.  Our lead strength and conditioning coaches are current and former college athletes, along with our directors that are both Physical Therapists and former Division 1 athletes, work together to develop a program tailored and progressesd according to the needs  of each group/athlete.

This program focuses on teaching foundational weight lifting skills to promote strengthening, improved power, increased vertical, and injury prevention with a total body approach for lower body, core and upper body strength, endurance, and power that is specific to female athletes.
